Paolo Battaglia is an Avvocato at the BAR of Rome, admitted to practice before higher Italian courts of justice (Cassazione and Consiglio di Stato).

After his JD at the University of Rome La Sapienza, he gained a significant experience in litigation (with particular reference to banking litigation, credit recovery and insolvency) and in out-of-court consulting in contractual law.

He is a member of arbitration panels, an insolvency practitioner and an official receiver of the Court of Rome as well a lecturer of commercial law with Prof. Avv. Daniele Santosuosso at the University of Rome La Sapienza.
